Now is the time to enroll if you’ve been planning to earn your Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Many human resource professionals have found that passing the Human Resource Certification Institute's (HRCI) certification examination and earning the designation of national Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources provided an edge to allow them to accelerate their careers.
This course provides the knowledge and insight you will need to successfully complete the certification examination. You will also gain a sound basis for excelling as a human resources professional or leader. You may enroll for the entire course or select the subject areas where you wish to focus your study efforts.
Attendees: HR professionals, recent college graduates, other professionals and individuals interested in completing the HRCI certification examination or in gaining a thorough knowledge of human resource management. Length: This program is a comprehensive online course comprised of six sessions of approx. 2 hours each.
Vivian L. Mora, MSS, SPHR, has more than 15 years of practical experience as a human resources executive; holds a masters degree in sociology with a minor in economics; and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is owner and managing partner of Mora&Associates HR Search and Consulting. Mora is a long time active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM, since 1995) and HR Houston. She is also a member of the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS), the premier global association and network of senior human resource executives and thought leaders. She serves as an expert source on human capital matters for Reuters Insights, an international news agency and for FOCUS HR. Mora has been a certified professional since 1996. She has maintained certification through both continuing education and re-examination.
