Vivian L. Mora, MSS, SPHR, has more than 15 years of practical experience as a human resources executive; holds a masters degree in sociology with a minor in economics; and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She is owner and managing partner of Mora&Associates HR Search and Consulting.  Mora is a long time active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM, since 1995) and a conference speaker with HR Houston. She is also a member of the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS), the premier global association and network of senior human resource executives and thought leaders.  She serves as an expert source on human capital matters for Reuters Insights, an international news agency and for FOCUS HR.

Mora has been a certified professional since 1996.  She has maintained certification through both continuing education and examination.
