Your team will be led through a very practical process which will help identify which dysfunctions and/or which aspects of each dysfunction may be holding your team back. We will examine your teams' strengths and hone in on effective means of overcoming identified dysfunctions. 
 
At the conclusion of the workshop, your team will
  • understand the expectations of a cohesive team;
  • know how it measures up against the team model criteria based on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; and
  • develop a realistic and achievable action plan for improvement.

 

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop is available in one- or two-day programs.

 

One-Day Workshop focuses on building trust and mastering conflict while also including some simple activities for making progress on commitment, accountability, and results. Pre-Work: Team Assessment.

 

Two-Day Workshop includes more in-depth activities addressing all five dysfunctions. This is a more impactful workshop which can lead to a swifter and more lasting shift in behavior. Pre-Work: Team Assessment.

Is your team in need of an off-site but budgetary concerns are high?  Consider participating in a facilitated community-impact team building event. Mora&Associates offers one- and two-day facilitation of your team's participation in a local community service project. We can help you select a project that fits with your team's interest or your organization's current community and social responsibility programs. We facilitate to ensure that your team gets the most out of the experience and that your specific objectives are achieved by the conclusion of the day.

 

One-Day Facilitated Teambuilding focuses on building ties, reducing stress, and cementing relationships beyond the work environment with a focus on the implications for improved teamwork in the work environment.
