Legal Aspects of Leadership is a custom leadership training program which covers practical aspects of the major employment laws impacting workplace decisions today.
The training session focuses on ensuring that the leaders of the organization have the tools needed to operate in a manner that complies with major employment laws and are prepared to utilize safe and effective management practices on a day-to-day basis. The program is presented in everyday language to allow the lessons to be put to work immediately.
