Harassment Prevention and Professional Interaction
In 1998, the U.S. Supreme Court gave employers a powerful affirmative defense against claims of harassment and discrimination in the workplace, proactive and regular training to address prevention.
Harassment Prevention and Professional Interaction Guidelines is a program which combines “best practices” in harassment prevention training with sound guidelines for professional interaction at work. The session covers “what employees should know” regarding sexual harassment prevention, working and communicating in a diverse environment, and professional behavior in the workplace. The training provides guidelines to help avoid issues like harassment and improve communication to promote respectful and professional interactions throughout the workplace.
Note: Your organization's workplace policy is reviewed and incorporated into your training program.
Attendees: All employees. Length: Each session is approx. 60-minutes. Format(s): On-site or Online Training (Refresher courses are available in web-based format). Remediation and Corrective Behavior Training available in small-group or individually.
