Is there a fee to submit a resume to Mora&Associates?
Our recruitment services are at no cost to candidates.

I want to submit a resume. Will it automatically be presented to companies with openings?

Never without your consent.  However, if it is determined that you are one of the most highly-qualified applicants for a specific job, you will be contacted directly by one of our Associates. You will always know if your resume is leaving our office. We guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of our candidates’ search.

I've sent my resume to Mora&Associates. My background and experience perfectly matches one of your advertised openings, but no one has called me. Why haven't I heard from you?

Please keep in mind that we do not send our clients dozens of resumes in hopes that of the many, one will get hired.  Our goal as partners with our clients is to identify the "most highly" qualified candidates for the job based on the client's preferences which may include specified industries, local candidate preferences, particular degrees, certifications, etc.  After reviewing hundreds of candidates, the presentation list will include approximately 5-8 candidates. While you may be qualified, you simply may not be as close a match as others.

Mora&Associates has presented me on a position. Will you still consider me for opportunities with other client companies?

Yes. As long as you are not in the final stages of the interview process with one of our clients, we will consider you for all viable openings.

I’ve just landed a position through Mora&Associates but I noticed another posted opportunity which appeals to me, may I be considered?

Unfortunately, no. After being placed with one of our clients, we will not consider you for additional openings for an extended period of time.

How do I submit a resume?
 
Please provide the following information in the body of an email message to have your resume reviewed and considered by Mora&Associates. A separate cover letter is helpful. Please be certain to include an email address for follow up contact.
Your position preferences
Industry preferences, if any
Your relocation preferences
Desired salary/compensation (include minimum acceptable)
Any additional information that you feel we should know about you
 
When you are contacted by one of our associates, current salary and any additional compensation will be requested at that time.

Our recruiters work for client companies who have hired us to fill specific positions. We work to help the client successfully fill the position with the most qualified candidate available. 

 

Does this mean you should not submit your resume unless there is a posted position that fits your background? No, it really helps to have a current resume within our search database. When we begin an assignment, we first search for a possible fit within our own candidate database. Therefore having submitted a resume can make you one of the first candidates under consideration.
